According to TFL.org it is a:
"A fanlisting is, quite simply, a listing of fans. Fanlistings are similar to any other group or club you might join. You can join a fanlisting to 'show your love of something.' Most fanlistings have small codes, buttons, or plaques available which you can display on your own website if you'd like. Our site definition of a fanlisting is: "A fanlisting is simply an online list of fans of a subject, such as a TV show, actor, or musician, that is created by an individual and open for fans from around the world to join. There are no costs, and the only requirements to join a fanlisting are your name and country. Fanlistings do not have to be large sites (although some are); they are just a place where you can sign up with other fans. TheFanlistings.org is the original (but not official) web directory for fanlistings, dedicated to uniting the fans."
A show aired in the year 2000 (Us, 1999 UK) it started as 9 hours or so long and ended up about 6.95-7 hours long after cutting. Written and produced by Simon Moore, also produced by Hallmark, and aired on Sky1 and of course NBC.
Summary (mini, taken from my fansite):
Once upon a time, a woman named Christine had a little girl named Virginia. She loved her little girl. However, her sanity was dropping, and one day, in an act of darkness and to shade her depression, while giving Virginia a bath, she attempted to drown her. She then ran out of the house, to the forest near her house. A woman in a portal gave her momentary comfort then asked her to come join her in her world. She found that the woman was Snow White's evil stepmother, but agreed to help her and finish her work for her anyway. 14 years later, Christine has been in jail for 7 years, but is saved by the troll king in exchange for half of the kingdoms when she wins them. She takes a magic dog and lets him lose on Prince Wendell, Snow White's grandson. He, now a dog, runs to Manhattan, where he meets Virginia and her dad, meanwhile, the Queen releases a wolf from jail, in exchange for his Help. Wolf runs to Manhattan to follow Prince Wendell the dog, Prince Wendell leads them all back to the other kingdoms, with the troll children on their heels, Wolf is determined to work for his freedom, until he falls in love with Virginia, who is scared to admit her feelings until she realizes how much he means to her. And the rest is, as they say, history.
